Why should I give Lohli access to my location?

It is very important that you give Lohli access to your location at every point. The advertisers set Ads and earnings to specific locations when uploading them. Where you do not give us access to your location, our system will not recognize your registration and you will not be able to watch ads nor earn.

I just verified my email but cannot continue my sign up. What should I do?

Look out for a Lohli push notification under the notification drawer of your phone and click on it. If you do not get this, check your phone's settings and allow Lohli to send you notifications.

I signed up but did not get a push notification on my phone to log in. What do I do?

Check your phone settings and enable notifications for Lohli.

4.

I want to change my name and biographical information. What do I do?

Kindly contact our support team via friends@lohli.com to change your name, email address, biographical information and other details.

What is the earning limit on Lohli?

Lohli currently has no earning limit. Shekels earned are determined by the value of ad set by advertisers. However, you cannot earn from an Ad you have just earned from until after 3 days.

Why should I submit my BVN?

Your BVN helps us ensure that there are no multiple accounts created on Lohli and also confirms that you are really you. Your privacy is important to us. We do not under ANY circumstance have access to your Bank Account. Verifying your BVN helps us protect your account and ensures your withdrawals land safely in your bank account.

How do I verify my BVN?

It is important for you to verify your BVN on Lohli before you can earn. If you do not verify your BVN, you will not be able to withdraw or carry out any transactions even after you watch ads and earn shekels. To do this, go to your profile page, click on “edit profile” and input your bank account information. Please include the bank account information of the bank where you registered your BVN for ease of verification.Once this is done, go back to the profile page and click on “KYC Info”, then input your BVN for verification. You will get a success email once your BVN is verified.

Are withdrawals processed over weekdays or weekends?

Withdrawal is instant and should reflect in your bank account almost immediately irrespective of time and day. It works every time. However, where you make an attempt to withdraw your shekels and it does not reflect in your bank account due to any issue affecting your banks, your shekels will be reversed to your sling.

9.

Can I join all the Tribes?

Yes, you can. During sign up, you will be mandated to join minimum of 3 tribes but you may choose to join all tribes if you wish.

What do I do when I have challenges withdrawing my shekels to my bank account?

Please send us an email at friends@lohli.com and we will provide immediate assistance to you.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can. We don't ever want to see you leave but where you decide to go, you can send us an email at friends@lohli.com and we will assist to delete your account.
